Schedules staffing levels on the shift, to support the press schedule. Maintains adherence to employee handbook, GMP’s and other plant policies and procedures. Coaches team in personal accountability, giving and receiving feedback, decision making, interpersonal communications and issuing of corrective counseling’s.
