Understands and has the ability to perform tool wear offsets

Read and interpret blueprints with a general understanding

of terms such as dimensions, tolerances and finishes

Assists in the organization of the machine shop work

Ensures tools and equipment are in optimal condition

Conducts maintenance-related inspections
