- Must have two years' experience in managing daily operations and in a supervisory capacity

- Knowledge of the CBP regulations and FTZ Manual.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
- Provide FTZ consulting services
- Conduct the daily FTZ operations
- Prepare and submit periodic reports
- Participate on status calls with the FTZ project team
- Leading the calls when necessary
- Daily auditing of CBP documents prior to submission
- Maintain recordkeeping procedures and protocols for FTZ managed services
- Interface with Officers, Inspectors, Port Directors, and ABI representatives
- Interface with client's service providers, including brokers, forwarders, and carriers, providing high levels of customer service
- Daily analysis and resolution of inventory discrepancies and other data errors
- Comply with the FTZ Operator's Manual for each client and provide updates as necessary
- Comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines
- Responsible for accuracy of light accounting support, billing, and collection
- Responsible to maintain all company documentation and permits in order
- Use of personal vehicle might be necessary to visit clients or CBP office.
