Packergrabs one dozen cookies from the moving conveyor line, and places them inside a clamshell. Packer grabs individually wrapped cookies and place into open plastic containers. After packer fills the clamshell, it is placed on a conveyor that goes through a metal detector for the case erector to pack or removed by palletizer to tape and place unto pallet. Repeats step 1 and 2 continuously and communicates when clamshell materials are low. Communicates and monitors cookie quality issues to Lead or Operator immediately. Maintains cleanliness of work area. Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality. Maintains and establishes effective working relationships.
