Responsibilities
Use material handling equipment such as hand and powered pallet movers.
- Responsible for ensuring cardboard packaging is routinely and quickly moved from production lines.
- Follows and complies with all safety rules and regulations. Maintains individual work area/equipment in a neat, orderly manner. Detects and reports improper operations, faulty equipment/ tooling, defective materials and unusual conditions to supervisor.
- Frequent mental and visual attention, where the flow of work takes place in highly congested areas.
Pedestrian traffic is constant.
- 1st shift is Monday to Friday from 7:30am - 3:30pm
- 2nd shift is Monday to Friday from 3:30pm - 11:30pm
Timeline of permanent hire is dependent upon attendance, performance, flexibility, and company need.
