salary: $37,440 - $45,760 per year

Responsibilities

• Ensure all aspects of the building are in a good state of repair
• Complete repair/maintenance work orders
• Prioritizes service requests and makes quality workmanship repairs in a timely manner
• Perform routine inspections of interior and exterior of building
• Carry out routine janitorial duties to keep building and grounds clean and neat
• Responsible for timely turnover of vacant apartments
• Maintain dumpster area and monitor trash pickup
• Log and date all equipment checks and tests, all preventive repair and routine replacement
• Ability to respond to emergency maintenance calls as instructed by the Maintenance Director
• Other duties assigned by Supervisor or Executive Director
