Responsibilities

Candidates MUST be comfortable with either the possibility of working remotely or on-site (Columbus, OH) at any given time.

Responsibilities
The Client Support Service Professionals team handles incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on their financial accounts.

• Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics
• Functional support areas include Cash Management products and services, Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries

Requirements

• College Degree/ High School Diploma
• COVID-19 Vaccination
• Previous contact center experience/ customer service experience
• 2 years of recent financial experience
• Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center

Shift: MUST be flexible to to work 5 days per week (8-hour shift) Mon-Sun 6AM-10PM, once assigned a shift it won't change. Shifts are assigned during training.
