NOW HIRING WAREHOUSE SUPERVISORS – DIRECT HIRE This individual will be tasked with ensuring productivity is maintained, orders are processed on schedule, assist with labor planning, and provide guidance and leadership to distribution center employees.              What’s in it for you

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the warehouse team including receiving, replenishment, order picking, and shipping of customer orders.
• Create daily prioritization plan for the warehouse outbound team (build waves of orders, print pick tickets, and manage workflow for the team) 
• Conduct/Ensure the accuracy of inventory through audits, cycle counts, and year end physical inventory. 
• Maintain a safe work environment including leading pre-shift safety meetings. 
• Offer support to all warehouse office positions to cover days off, develop cross training plan
• Assist the shipping coordinator with Lowes Link/JDA Manifest for customer routing including TMS for Home Depot and Amazon.com
• Oversee the distribution support roles execution of completing TMS procedures for required customers (HD, Orchard, and Amazon) 
• Complete End of Day processing 

The essential functions of this role include:

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
