Responsibilities
Responsible for assembly of various items to meet customer requirements and to
support the production schedule
Examine and inspect component parts, inspect first article produced to ensure
conformance
Verify assembly of parts conforms to drawing(s), to all stated tolerances, and QC
requirements
Participate in the implementation of efficient, timely, and cost-effective solutions
for the manufacturing of complex parts
Work collaboratively with other team members to develop fixturing, process
drawings, process routers, tooling requirements, and cycle time estimates
Communicate effectively with fellow operators, supervisors, engineers, and
management personnel within the company
Accurately process production records, inventory items, time sheets, and test
reports
Process and complete all required QC documentation and records
Responsible for maintaining the integrity of fixtures and tooling
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
