Responsibilities

Entry level & Experienced Machine Operators are encouraged to apply with an updated resume! If you are seeking a long-term position where you will learn a trade and grow within a company, this may be the opportunity you have been looking for.

• MUST be available for overtime
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn is the key to success! 
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Inventory
• Safety-minded 
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Will learn to operate multipe machines throughout the production process
• Forklift or Scissor lift certification is a plus
• MUST be self-motived
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in an environment with a chemical odor (non-toxic)
• Ability to learn from mistakes and understand the impact mistakes can have on production and the company as a whole
• Problem solving
• Structured training and development program in place to help employees grow! 
  • 6 month evaluations for position and pay growth opportunties
