Responsibilities

Manage and direct the day-to-day activities of the Hino/APMM Parts Coordinator. 

Coordinate and manage activities with Partner Carriers/Service Providers.  Service Providers currently represent (LTL Carriers, Expedite Carriers, Air Freight Carriers, One Way Moves, Truck Load Moves, Packaging Vendors, Warehouse Consolidators, and Partner Carriers.

Monitor performance of underlying service providers by analyzing statistical data to determine adherence to commitments. Ensure corrective actions with feedback to interested parties where necessary.  

React to problems and implement solutions.

Ensure that all non-VTM shipments are recorded and billed accordingly for all customers 

Ensure customers are billed timely and that vendor invoices are approved timely.

Ensure the ISO 9001 culture is present within the responsibilities of the Specialized Services Department.

Develop frontline expertise and customer relationships that support the use of Vascor's Specialized Services Department.



The essential functions of this role include:

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 6 hours at one time

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
