Responsibilities
Multi-craft position that installs, dismantles, inspects, observes, troubleshoots, services and repairs industrial equipment, hydraulic, and pneumatic for mechanically driven and/or electrical industrial machinery. Will do basic PLC troubleshooting. Follows detailed job specific instructions to ensure processes and procedures are followed in an efficient and productive manner. Works under limited supervision using standardized practices and/or methods. Inspects, operates, or tests machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunction. Plans and lays out repair work using diagrams, drawings, maintenance manuals, schematics or other specifications to determine repair or installation procedures. Dismantles machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools. Uses basic cutting and welding skills. Electronically completes CMMS work orders to identify problems and logging man hours. Reduce / eliminate bottlenecks.
