Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the team to properly execute menu vision ensuring consistency and compliance with the companies recipes, portioning and waste control guidelines
Maintain a flawlessly clean working environment, follow GMP's and safety standards
Appropriately store and manage all food product to ensure safety, quality and freshness
Abilty to work in a refrigerated environment
Requires prolonged standing, and the ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
