Responsibilities
Ability to troubleshoot and follow through with repairs of manufacturing equipment and the ability to find root cause failure.
•Read and understand technical/repair manuals and schematics.
•Read and understand work orders, safety instructions and standardized work procedures.
•Experience with Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.
•Experience and knowledge of proper lubrication practices.
•Experience using electrical testing equipment.
•Experience and frequent use of hand and power tools.
•Experience and knowledge of the use and operation of lathes, drill presses, grinders, basic welding and other basic metalworking tools to make and repair parts.
•Working knowledge of pneumatics.
•Working knowledge of hydraulic systems.
•Experience with Tool and Die repair is very desirable..
•Experience with CNC equipment and PLC's, including the ability to troubleshoot ladder logic is very desirable.
•Experience with roll forming, swedging presses, and metal stamping is very desirable
