Responsibilities

Monitor, promote and enforce safe practices at all times • Coordinate activities to ensure safe working environment • Monitor and enforce compliance to attendance policy and all other policies as per company handbook on a daily basis • Promptly attend and resolve hourly employee conflicts as required • Promote subordinate involvement and promptly address respective requests and concerns • Ensure high quality transition between shifts in all production aspects • Accurately and promptly communicate deviation in plan to all affected areas • Proactively identify areas of concern (safety, quality, delivery, morale) promptly and accurately • Plan daily production activities and resources to ensure smooth operation at minimum cost • Promptly communicate changes and assignments to subordinates
