maintenance mechanic 2nd shift - 2-2-3.

Do you have experience working with machines as a Maintenance Mechanic? Are you looking for a new position that will allow you to develop your skills and grow? Do you have completed certifications, or equivalent work experience, in Facility and Industrial Maintenance? Experience on a High-Speed line? We are currently looking for skilled Maintenance Mechanics in the Hazelwood area. Must be willing to work 6pm-6am and on a 2-2-3 work schedule. salary: $54,080 - $62,400 per year

Responsibilities

• Maintaining operations equipment following LOTO, GMP and food safety practices in a quick efficient manner.    
• Install and/or troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment such as conveyors, formers, case erectors, wrappers, x-ray units, mixers and industrial sized oven. 
•  Follow work instructions and OSHA safety rules, including the use of all PPE and other safety equipment in an industrial environment.  Must be able to work safely with electricity and have experience with single and 3 phase circuits. Working with 480V is required as well.  
• Must be able to read and use blueprints, schematics, maintenance manuals, required tools, and various types of standard testing equipment.
• Diagnose problems, replace and repair parts, detect and replace defective items, test and make final adjustments for high speed production equipment.
• Be able to use Lathes, mills, bandsaw, drill press, etc. as required to repair parts or fabricate parts as needed
• Multiple positions available.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
