Do you have completed certifications, or equivalent work experience, in Facility and Industrial Maintenance? Experience on a High-Speed line and working in a food grade facility? We are currently looking for skilled Maintenance Mechanics in the St. Louis area. Must be willing to work 2nd shift, from 4:55PM to 3:25AM - Monday thru Thursday. Responsibilities

Observes, tests, and evaluates operation of machinery and equipment to diagnose cause of malfunction and making necessary repairs or modifications. • Repairs, replaces, adjusts, and aligns components of machinery and equipment. • Fabricates replacement parts. • Cleans and lubricates parts, equipment, and machinery. • Welds to repair broken metal parts, fabricate new parts, and assemble new equipment. • Enters codes and instructions to program computer-controlled machinery. • Use of pneumatics. • Troubleshoots, repairs and replaces electrical wiring and components of machinery • Experience repairing packaging machinery to include all or some of the following; Thermoformers, Bottling Lines, Vision Systems, Pneumatics, Electrical, Conveyor System, Shanklin, Videojet, Tape Machine, Pallet Wrappers, and PLC usage. • Responsible for making repairs in an acceptable amount of time to limit the down-time of the production



The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 2 hours at one time

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
