Responsibilities

Operate and monitor presses while carrying out inspection on parts produced,  including entering data on inspection cards in a timely and accurate manner. • Move produced parts from machine collection bucket to designated finished goods  can as needed. 

• Place appropriate can cards into production containers. 

• Ensure machine air and lubricant are turned on before the machine is run; and  verify lubricant levels for proper machine operation. 

• Report all equipment or production faults, failures, or concerns to Foreperson. • Stop machine if any quality or production problem is detected and informs  Foreperson immediately. 

• Collect scrap material from machine and places it in the appropriate bin. • Prepare new coils to be loaded when possible. 





The essential functions of this role include:
