Responsibilities

Perform administrative receipt of incoming material according company quality management
system
 Perform material storage and inventory activities according to company quality management system
 Perform shipping activities according to company quality management system and other statutory
and regulatory authorities
 Review sales, purchasing, and operations documentation to ensure compliance to the quality
management system requirements
 Support sales activities through technical advice
 Record keeping
 General housekeeping of Operations areas
 Other responsibilities as assigned

Proficiency in ERP system concepts
 Familiar with using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Ability to use considerable judgment, initiative, and independence
 Ability to hear and speak well enough to converse over telephone 100% of the time
 Ability to see well enough to use computer efficiently and read computer reports and
correspondence 100% of the time
 Read, speak, and understand English fluently
