Responsibilities

• Advance Microsoft Excel skills for purposes of auditing, analyzing, V-Lookups, and manipulating PivotTables
• Completing and validating all export documentation and client coordination. 
• Obtains required documents for shipping to Central America, the Caribbean, and South America. 
• Reviewing Commercial Invoices
• Auditing and completing 7512 Forms
• Generates compliant export documentation (BOL, SED, etc)  
• Verifies accuracy of piece counts,
• Verifies accuracy of descriptions/translations
• Generates and submits Electronic Export Information (EEI) filings. (SED)
• Validates Export Certificates 
• HAZMAT declaration 
• Generate proofs bill of lading instructions to various ocean carriers.
