Responsibilities
Use of Foottable at the enveloping station for fitting each tire with an internal bag and external bag in preparation for the Curing Chamber
Remove both envelopes from the newly cured tires and sponge an even layer of paint around the sidewalls of each tire to remove any unwanted markings
Shearography/SKIV Station: Inspect internal tire features not visible to the eye for defects using an enhancing machine to compare screen results against the standard
Buffing station to safely remove foreign objects from the tire with the use of various types of tools
Repair station to patch, prep and fill in any deficiencies identified
