Responsibilities

- Blow Mold Machine Operator employees are responsible for the operation of multiple blow molding machines and vision systems using written work instructions and computer interface

- Qualified candidates are responsible for starting and maintaining blow mold machine operation with a complete and overall understanding in the assigned area of responsibility

- Responsible for ensuring that all machines within the scope of responsibility are kept running and producing quality bottles while insuring the least amount of down-time possible

- This includes communicating problems to on-coming shift personnel

- Responsible for completing all mold changes and set-ups

- Demonstrate organizational ability to complete daily clean-up assignments, and adequately maintain good housekeeping throughout the entire area of responsibilit

- Directly responsible for the proper support to Injection Machine Operators and all other team members to ensure a positive team environment



The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 12 hours at one time
