Responsibilities

• Take samples from finished product in order to perform chemical and laboratory testing according to customer specifications.
• Enter all testing results into the AS400 database.
• Package finished product in preparation for shipping in accordance with customer specifications.
• Coordinate with operators and managers regarding any product deficiencies.
• Perform corrective action studies as needed.
• Conduct chemical analysis for the electroplating line.
• Perform visual inspections on all products.
• Follow up regarding laboratory equipment calibrations and notify managers of calibration due dates.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
