Responsibilities

Requirements; (You will be sent a test once the interview has been conducted)

• Mandatory Passing to Start must obtain a 75% on all 3 assessments

• Call Center Listening Skills, Business Etiquette, Computer Literacy,

 Remote Customer Care Representative, a typical day includes the following:

• Handling a high volume of inbound calls as well as conducting outbound calls for follow-ups as required.

• Utilizing your interpersonal skills and extensive on-the-job training to provide professional, knowledge.

• Accessing customer accounts to provide accurate answers and support within the parameters of Alight Solutions policies and procedures.

•  Communicating with third parties to assist the caller with updates or inquiries.
