Responsibilities
- Set up and run CNC Swiss machines.
- Create and edit G-code programs as needed.
- Design and create fixtures as needed.
- Interpret blueprints with thorough understanding to determine product
- requirements.
- Thoroughly understand shop math to determine acceptance criteria.
- Calculate speeds and feeds closely based on material.
- Assist with First, IP, Last article, and incoming inspection.
- Set up jobs for other production operators.
- Set up and run short or long running jobs and monitor quality and process
- stability.
- Follow applicable QMS Documents, Procedures, and Process Maps.
