Responsibilities
Documentation of greens used, including lot code, item number and pounds used
Responsible for reviewing item and batch quantities of green coffee
Accountable for all green coffee sent to the roaster
Responsible to adhere to the GMP policy
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
Ensure that all supplies are organized and stored in their proper place
Ensure that green coffee meets Company standards
Every employee has a responsibility to report employee safety, food safety and/or quality
concerns to their Supervisor/Manager immediately upon identification
Perform all other related duties as assigned
