Randstad in partnership with Mass General Brigham are actively seeking a Dispatcher to support the department of Engineering at Brigham and Women's Hospital. This is an on-site opportunity with a full-time schedule (M-F, 40 hours / week), and a temp to perm potential.  Mass General Brigham is an integrated healthcare system built on a legacy of two leading academic medical centers. Responsibilities

Accepts all Work Control Center phone calls during normal business hours, dispatches pertinent information to the appropriate Engineering Department personnel for corrective action, and provides documentation and reports on all operations of the work control center.  Provides back up secretarial support which includes typing correspondence, maintaining department records, scheduling appointments and performing general office duties.

• Prioritizes emergency calls, assesses situations and dispatches proper personnel.  Follows up on emergency calls from Engineering customers to assure satisfactory completion.

• Records and verifies all emergency phone slips including processing information into data memory bank for record keeping, follow-up and status reports.
