Responsibilities

Individuals in Service have a direct role in the chocolate production process from beginning to end. Service responsible for ensuring each piece of candy that comes out of our facility is "Only the Finest" quality that our customer have grown to expect. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 


  Works with product. Inspects, receives, delivers, secures, and maintains product (raw or finished) per Russell Stover Chocolates guidelines
  Inspects finished candy as it exits cooling tunnels; transfers candy from conveyor belt to trays and places trays in steels
  Monitors candy weight, seals and secures boxes, transfers to pallet
  Maintains records, delivers, inspects and performs all activities required of other members of the area, line or team
  Performs clean-up activities as assigned
  Conforms to rules
  May be assigned other duties by plant management as required



The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

manual lifting up to 40lbs

standing for 10 hours at one time
