Responsibilities
Create RMA’s / explain process , Take/process/print sales order, Schedule Pickups for damaged products delivered, - Log /contact/reship packages that have returned to sender
·Maintaining communication with customers via email
·Receiving and logging returns into POS system
·Basic lighter knowledge preferred; have the ability to bleed lighters, adjusting spark wires, clean out burners à This we will teach
·Shipping and packaging of replacement orders
·Manage and organize inventory
·Pick orders as needed (RF Smart) scanner à This we will teach
