salary: $67,060 - $104,110 per year
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
This position manages the daily activities of the Quality and Final Inspection Department,
including directing quality technicians and auditors. This position is responsible for raw material,
in-process, and final product inspection; process measures and quality control; defect analysis;
control of NCP; inspection, measuring, and test equipment calibration. Quality Manager Position
also requires being the Process Owner of all Plant certifications including ISO 9000, FSC, SFI &
GMI. Quality Manager Position is also responsible for Vendor qualification, tracking and report
cards depicting current quality performance. Additional duties are Lean champion and regulatory
