- Execute Routine Maintenance: Perform all necessary Preventive Maintenance (PM) on high-purity utilities (WFI systems, boilers, HVAC, pumps, air compression).
- System Repairs: Complete prompt and accurate corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities
- System Maintenance: Perform routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) on high-priority equipment such as boilers, stills, air compressors, various pumps, HVAC chillers, and WFI systems.
- Repairs and Troubleshooting: Execute mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration repairs on facility equipment, processing assigned work orders promptly and effectively.
- Installation: Install new or replacement plumbing, mechanical, and/or electrical equipment, including sinks, pumps, motors, circuit panels, and other critical facility infrastructure.
- Documentation and Compliance: Generate and maintain all required documentation for PMs and repairs, ensuring strict adherence to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and federal regulations.
- Facility Upkeep: Ensure all utility areas are kept organized, clean, and free of clutter. Assist with maintaining and controlling a spare parts inventory.
- Project Support: May assist in facility special projects, including construction, renovation, or demolition duties as assigned.
- Communication: Provide appropriate notification to supervisory staff and necessary personnel regarding equipment status, repairs, and delays.
