- Experience (Mandatory): Minimum five (5) years of experience as a maintenance technician in a complex, technically demanding manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Multi-Craft Expertise: Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, controls, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on manufacturing equipment.
- Education: High school diploma/GED plus a 2-year technical, engineering, or scientific degree from a college or vocational institution is preferred (equivalent on-the-job experience is accepted).
- Preferred Skill: HVAC experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Regulated Maintenance: Manage and perform predictive, preventive, and unscheduled maintenance on all critical Utilities equipment in strict adherence to SOPs, cGMP’s, and applicable regulations.
- Technical Documentation & Compliance: Actively participate in the maintenance lifecycle documentation, including:
- Initiation, execution, and close out of Change Control requests.
- Technical writing and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Investigation of deviations and documentation of corrective actions.
- Initiation, execution, and close out of Change Control requests.
- System Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and recommend precise corrective actions on complex mechanical, controls, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate and oversee vendors and outside contractors during commissioning, servicing, and repair of utilities and facilities equipment.
