Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS), leading internal and external audits (ISO 9001).
  
  
• Drive Continuous Improvement using data-driven tools such as DMAIC, SPC, and FMEA.
  
  
• Investigate and resolve critical quality issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing effective CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
  
  
• Analyze, design, and implement efficient and scalable manufacturing/operational processes.
  
  
• Lead or participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to reduce waste and improve cycle time, cost, and quality.
  
  
• Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) like defect rates and customer complaints.
  
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to align process requirements.
  
  

What You'll Need:

• 10+ years of experience in quality and/or process engineering roles, with 5+ years in a leadership/managerial capacity.
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of QMS standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100).
  
  
• Proficiency in quality/process tools (FMEA, 8D, CAPA, Minitab).
  
  
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is a strong plus.
  
  
• 5+ years of Injection Molding experience.
