Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Direct site operations, ensuring service execution is at or above client standards, and maintaining superior client service.
- Financial Management: Manage the site's P&L, revenue, and expenses to budget constraints, including oversight of purchasing and financial reporting.
- Team Development: Plan staffing, and take ownership of training, developing, and motivating the operations team for peak performance and growth.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience & Skills
- High school diploma or GED Required; Bachelor’s degree Preferred.
- Minimum ten (10) years of industry-related experience Required.
- Minimum five (5) years of supervisory experience Required.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-specific software applications.
- Professional certification may be required.
