Responsibilities
- Rigorous Inspection: Perform and document line clearances, equipment setups, and meticulous cleanroom protocols to ensure a sterile environment is maintained at all times.
- Compliance Monitoring: Actively observe and audit the operation of high-tech fill/finish and aseptic processing equipment to ensure strict adherence to cGMP regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Documentation Oversight: Accurately and completely document all production activities and batch records, ensuring no detail is too small for regulatory standards.
- Deviation Reporting: Identify, report, and participate in troubleshooting production issues, process deviations, and root cause analyses.
- Quality Assurance: Execute critical steps in quality control, including product inspection and verification, maintaining unwavering aseptic technique throughout.
