Responsibilities
- Execute the full procurement cycle, including creating purchase orders (POs), soliciting quotes, negotiating with vendors, and monitoring delivery schedules to ensure on-time material arrival.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and supplies, identifying and escalating potential shortages or surpluses.
- Serve as the primary user and administrator for all operations and procurement functions within basic ERP system
- Coordinate the receiving process for all incoming materials and shipments, verifying counts against purchase orders and inspecting for damage.
- Organize and maintain the physical inventory storage areas, ensuring materials are clearly labeled and traceable.
- Assist the Operations Manager with general administrative tasks, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
