- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a warehouse, fulfillment, or retail packing role.
- Demonstrated high level of attention to detail and accuracy, especially when checking product SKUs and quantities.
- Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to efficiently fold and pack product.
- Ability to stand, walk, and use hands/fingers to handle materials for extended periods.

Responsibilities
- Quality Check & Verification: Inspect picked items (apparel) for correct size, color, quantity, and quality (e.g., check for defects, snags, or incorrect logo placement) against the picking ticket or electronic order manifest.
- Folding & Presentation: Professionally fold garments to meet brand standards, ensuring a neat presentation within the package.
- Packaging: Select the appropriate packaging materials (bags, boxes, poly mailers, tissue paper, etc.) based on order size and item fragility. Securely pack items to prevent damage during transit.
- Labeling & Documentation: Generate shipping labels, insert required promotional materials, packing slips, or return labels into the packages.
