We are actively seeking highly qualified Maintenance Technicians to fill multiple direct-hire positions in the Cumberland and Franklin County areas!

Responsibilities
Core Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Preventative & Corrective Maintenance: Execute scheduled PMs and rapidly diagnose/repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems (pumps, motors, conveyors, etc.).
- Electrical Expertise: Safely troubleshoot low/high-voltage systems, including Motor Control Circuits, VFDs, servo drives, and relay logic.
- Mechanical Skills: Perform fitting, alignment, welding, fabrication, and precision measurement.
- Safety: Strictly adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and electrical safety protocols.
PLC Programming & Automation
- Program and Debug PLCs: Develop, modify, and debug PLC programs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) using ladder logic, structured text, etc.
- HMI/SCADA: Design and maintain Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and SCADA systems for process visualization and control.
- Industrial Networking: Troubleshoot and maintain industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profibus) connecting automation components.
- Process Optimization: Implement programming changes to improve efficiency, reliability, and product quality.
Documentation & Support
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and program changes in a CMMS.
- Interpretation: Read and interpret complex electrical schematics and mechanical/hydraulic blueprints.
- Training: Provide technical support and training to production operators.
