Responsibilities
- Equipment Mastery: Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, processes, and systems, with required proficiency in at least three major areas (e.g., mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, or electrical).
- Expert Diagnostics & Repair: Diagnose complex machine malfunctions, determine the necessary repairs, estimate labor, procure or fabricate parts, and perform thorough, tested repairs on equipment like CNC Lathes, CNC Routers, CNC Grinders, and CNC Laser Cutters.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Execute comprehensive PM operations, including inspecting key components (drives, motors, belts), checking fluid levels, replacing filters and worn parts, and performing cleaning and lubrication.
- Facility Upkeep: Maintain and repair the physical facility, encompassing utility, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and masonry tasks.
- Troubleshooting: PLC Troubleshooting, Mechanical Troubleshooting, Electrical Troubleshooting, Pneumatics Troubleshooting, and Troubleshooting CNC Machines.
- Fluid Power: Hydraulics Experience.
- Machine Expertise: CNC Machine Repair and Installation.
- Programming: PLC Programming Experience (Familiarity with Fanuc PLCs is a plus).
- Maintenance: Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans, Heavy Equipment Repair, Maintenance and Repair Skills, Industrial Electrical Experience.
