As our Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you are the final point of quality control. You will manage the flow of our precision products to customers worldwide. This is not a "revolving door" warehouse role; it is a detail-oriented position within a clean, organized, and climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Responsibilities
- Documentation: Prepare accurate domestic and international shipping documents, with a heavy emphasis on Bills of Lading (BOL) and commercial invoices.
- Logistics Coordination: Work closely with freight carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL) to schedule pickups and track outgoing shipments.
- Receiving: Verify incoming raw materials against purchase orders and inspect for any damage or discrepancies.
- Inventory Integrity: Maintain precise records within our ERP system to ensure production teams have the components they need.
- Quality Packaging: Ensure our high-precision instruments are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
