We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring our physical environment remains safe, clean, and comfortable for all employees by performing technical maintenance, housekeeping, and safety tasks in our production facility. 

salary: $25 - $29 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6:30 AM - 3 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repairs: Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, painting, wall patching, roof drain cleaning).
• Vendor Relations: Assist in scheduling and overseeing contractors for HVAC, electrical, and lift truck repairs. Interact with suppliers and process/code invoices.
  
  
• Safety & Grounds: Conduct daily walkthroughs of parking lots and respond immediately to safety or maintenance emergencies to minimize operational disruptions.
  
  
• Inventory & Organization: Manage all supply inventory (cleaning, coffee, and office supplies) using a weekly tracker. Keep all common areas, closets, and the warehouse mezzanine orderly.
  
  
• Operational Support: Set up/tear down furniture for meetings and company functions. Organize office moves for new hires and manage daily mail distribution.
  
  
• Appliance Care: Perform regular maintenance on coffee machines and breakroom appliances.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
