Job Summary We are seeking a fast-paced, detail-oriented Order Processor / Inventory Specialist to join our team in Union City. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in an active warehouse environment, is comfortable using shipping software, and takes pride in maintaining an organized workspace. You will be responsible for ensuring that over 150 orders per day are processed accurately and shipped on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare, pack, and process approximately 150 orders per day with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts, create detailed inventory reports, and sort items according to company standards.
- Shipping & Logistics: Use computer systems to process outgoing shipments via UPS and FedEx.
- Receiving: Assist in unloading trucks, checking in new products, and marking/labeling stock correctly.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and move objects weighing between 10 lbs and 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency is required for inventory reporting and shipping labels (UPS/FedEx).
- Reliability: Must be able to commit to the 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM schedule and work mandatory overtime on Sundays when required.
- Efficiency: Ability to work quickly to meet daily order quotas while maintaining attention to detail.
