Ensamblaje Aplicar tocino y otros ingredientes (toppings) de producción; monitorear las temperaturas del producto durante los ciclos de horneado y empaque.
Control de Calidad Inspeccionar los artículos en la cinta transportadora para detectar y eliminar defectos; verificar visualmente que el etiquetado y el empaque sean correctos.
Procesamiento Desmoldar los "egg bites" (bocaditos de huevo) horneados para su procesamiento en el horno de asado (broiler); pesar los productos terminados.
Logística Empacar los productos en las cajas correctas; paletizar y apilar las cajas para su envío al ritmo de la velocidad de producción.
Mantenimiento y Saneamiento Notificar a la gerencia sobre fallas en el equipo; asistir en el saneamiento (lavado de vajilla, limpieza química y desmontaje de equipos).
