- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri, OT as needed)
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Mon–Fri, OT as needed)
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Mon–Fri, OT as needed)
Ideal candidates bring strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with blow mold machines, fillers, cappers, conveyors, and packaging systems. ️ Qualifications & Skills Required
- Previous industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
- strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and gearboxes
- Electrical troubleshooting experience (motors, sensors, relays, solenoids, pushbuttons)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable standing/walking most of the shift and lifting up to 55 lbs
- Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Blow molding experience (Uniloy, Bekum, or similar)
- Experience with high-speed liquid filling and packaging lines
- Plastics, food, beverage, or regulated manufacturing background
- PLC troubleshooting experience (no programming required)
- Basic welding or fabrication skills

Responsibilities
Equipment Troubleshooting & Repair
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures
- Troubleshoot and service blow molding equipment (Uniloy, Bekum, or similar)
- Maintain liquid fillers, cappers, sealers, labelers, conveyors, case packers, and palletizers
- Tear down and rebuild motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, clutches, valves, and cylinders
- Work with AC (480V–120V) and low-voltage DC control circuits
- Perform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers for molds, bottles, and packaging formats
- Make mechanical adjustments for fill volume, torque, speed, and alignment
- Support operators and supervisors during production runs
- Improve changeover efficiency and reduce unplanned downtime
- Perform scheduled PMs on production and support equipment
- Inspect, lubricate, adjust, and calibrate components
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Participate in equipment upgrades and improvement projects
- Maintain compressors, dryers, chillers, pumps, and conveyors
- Follow all safety procedures, LOTO, and PPE requirements
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately
