Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Specialized PCB Equipment Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair industry-specific machinery, including:
- Pluritec high-speed drilling and X-ray registration systems.
- Burkle lamination presses (hot oil and vacuum assist).
- Camtech Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) units.
- Automa Tech imaging and collimated light exposure units.
- Chemical Processing Lines: Maintain stainless steel and titanium "Develop, Etch, & Strip" (DES) conveyorized systems.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair issues involving electrical systems (up to 480V), pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC logic.
- Preventative Maintenance (PM): Execute the scheduled PM program to minimize unscheduled downtime and ensure equipment accuracy for high-density PCB production.
- Facility Support: Maintain plant infrastructure, including HVAC, air compressors, water filtration/treatment systems, and general building repairs.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate digital logs of all repairs and parts usage in the CMMS. Ensure all work meets ISO 9001, ITAR, and MIL-PRF-31032 quality standards.
