Responsibilities
- Manual Machining: Set up and operate manual engine lathes to perform precision turning, facing, threading, and boring on aerospace-grade materials (Aluminum, Stainless, Titanium).
- High-Precision Assembly: Oversee and participate in the assembly of complex mechanical components, ensuring all parts meet strict engineering tolerances ($\pm 0.0005$).
- Team Leadership: Supervise a small team of 2 assemblers, managing daily workflows, providing technical mentorship, and ensuring production deadlines are met.
- Blueprint & GD&T Literacy: Interpret complex aerospace blueprints and schematics; apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure part conformity.
