- Industry Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a high-tech or electronics manufacturing environment is required.
- Technical Proficiency: computer skills (Excel, Outlook) and hands-on experience navigating ERP systems.
- Compliance: Due to the nature of the contracts, US Citizenship and a valid Driver’s License are required.
- Physical & Mental Agility: Ability to handle the physical demands of a warehouse (lifting/packaging) while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
- Detail-Oriented: A proven track record of accuracy in inventory management and time-sensitive logistics.

Responsibilities
- Inventory Control & Kitting: Manage the daily organization of the stockroom and ensure the accurate release of production kits and materials to the assembly floor.
- Logistics Management: Oversee all shipping and receiving functions, including the physical unloading of goods and the administrative verification of invoices against purchase orders.
- Production Planning Support: Coordinate with outside manufacturing services and assist in scheduling material releases to meet strict project deadlines.
- Tracking & Reporting: Provide real-time updates on incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining meticulous digital records and cycle count data.
- Cross-Departmental Support: Offer administrative assistance to the Purchasing and Quality departments to ensure total operational compliance.
