We are seeking a results-driven Production Lead to join our team in a clean, safe, and team-oriented work environment. This role is essential for overseeing the assembly of water pump systems, ensuring high productivity, and maintaining the integrity of our production processes.  Requirements and Qualifications ✅

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
  
  
• Leadership: Proven experience in a Team Lead or supervisory role with the ability to create focus and be solution-oriented.
  
  
• Technical Skills: * strong proficiency in plumbing assembly and mechanical fitting.
  
  
  • Experience in wiring electrical motors and junction boxes.
    
    
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
    
    
• Physical Requirements: * Must have excellent vision and not be color blind to ensure accurate electrical wiring.
  
  
  • Ability to work in a workshop environment with various hand and power tools.
    
    
• Attributes: Must be a self-starter capable of working independently while following guidance from management.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities ️

• Production Leadership: Supervise and mentor the assembly team to maintain high productivity and achieve daily manufacturing goals.
  
  
• Assembly Oversight: Lead the build of large mechanical assemblies, specifically focusing on water pump systems, plumbing assembly, and mechanical fitting.
  
  
• Electrical Integration: Oversee the wiring of electrical motors and junction boxes within the assembly line.
  
  
• Workflow Preparation: Coordinate daily workflow with production management to ensure all necessary materials and tools are ready for the team.
  
  
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all work performed meets quality standards (such as AS9100/AS9110) and follows technical prints and defined processes.
  
  
• Technical Guidance: Act as a bridge between Engineering and the shop floor to provide task-related guidance and resolve technical issues.
