Are you a logistics professional with a knack for multi-tasking and a "get it done" attitude? We’re looking for an experienced Dispatcher to manage our carrier relationships and coordinate time-sensitive shipments. In this role, you won’t just be moving freight; you’ll be managing critical documentation, sourcing new carriers, and ensuring every BOL and POD is accounted for. If you have 3–5 years of experience in 3PL or reefer environments and aren't afraid to take the lead on urgent matters, we want to hear from you.



salary: $19 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers, ensuring all inquiries are handled with professionalism and efficiency.
  
  
• Dispatch drivers for domestic pick-ups and deliveries while strictly adhering to DOT regulations and internal company policies.
  
  
• Prioritize time-sensitive cargo to meet tight deadlines and maintain high service standards.
  
  
• Coordinate driver assignments, providing clear and timely notification of all pick-up and delivery schedules.
  
  
• Maintain accurate shipment records under Customs control documentation and ensure all required paperwork is submitted promptly to the Import team.
  
  
• Manage data integrity by entering and updating shipment information within the computer database.
  
  
• Support warehouse operations by assisting with shrink-wrapping, loading/unloading freight, and verifying the count, condition, and labeling of domestic shipments.
  
  
• Resolve logistical challenges quickly under pressure, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, internet research, and web-based logistics applications.
  
  
• Data Accuracy: Proven ability in high-speed, accurate typing and data entry.
  
  
• Mathematical Aptitude: strong foundational skills in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division for inventory and cargo calculations
