Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Manage the startup, calibration, and continuous operation of various finishing machines, ensuring all equipment is primed for a seamless production run.
- Quality & Monitoring: Actively track machine performance and output quality to maintain high standards and proactively prevent unplanned downtime.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform essential upkeep and basic troubleshooting to keep equipment running at peak efficiency.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow standardized workflows and safety protocols, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and workplace security.
- Team Collaboration: Partner closely with production and support teams to streamline workflows, minimize material waste, and hit daily output targets.
- Facility Care: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace in accordance with industrial housekeeping standards.
